PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflow conduit capable of suppressing the formation of wedge thrombus, reducing the occurrence of thromboembolism, suppressing the embolism of the inflow conduit due to the growth of self tissue such as endocardium, reducing postoperative bleeding, reducing a period when a patent stays in an ICU and reducing risks of infectious diseases and to provide an auxiliary artificial heart.SOLUTION: The inflow conduit includes: a tube body 21 formed like a cylinder and allowing blood to flow therethrough an insertion portion 23 to be inserted into a through hole H3 formed as an end of the tube body 21 and on a wall portion H4 of a living body H1 a bonding portion 24 having biocompatibility to a tissue of the living body H1 which is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 23, and containing a biodegradable material and a distal end portion 25 disposed over the entire periphery of the outer peripheral surface at the end of the insertion portion 23 and having lower biocompatitility to the tissue of the living body H1 than that of the bonding portion 24.
