The present invention relates to an ultraviolet LED irradiation apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus for inducing a synthesis of vitamin D in a body by irradiating a light to a palm or a sole with less melanin pigment of a human by using an ultraviolet LED having an UV-B wavelength. According to the present invention, an ultraviolet light emitting part uses an LED light emitting element having a wavelength of 315 to 280 nm a pulse measuring part is equipped with a pulse measuring sensor with a function to measure a pulse, a stress index and an oxygen saturation by means of a body contact wherein the sensor is equipped with a function to transmit the measured value wirelessly or to a wireless transmission device and a body fat measuring part is equipped with a sensor capable of measuring a body fat to measure a body fat by means of a body contact, and to transmit the measured value wirelessly or to a wireless transmission device. According to the present invention, a synthesis of vitamin D in a body can be facilitated regardless of time and spatial constrains indoors without a sunlight, in a winter season with a low solar radiation, and even in a region of a longitude of 35 degrees north or higher.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017요약서
