PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly garment or the like.SOLUTION: A diaper cover 2 has a trouser-type shape and is made of waterproof and air permeable material. The diaper cover 2 includes: a cylindrical body 4； a trunk opening 10 of the body 4； two leg opening ports 20 of the body 4； a crotch formation structure 30 forming the leg opening parts 20 in the body 4； and an expansion structure 40. The expansion structure 40 includes a partition part 41 extending straight to the side part of the thigh part from the waist； and a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 42 disposed along the partition part 41. The body 4 can be expanded in a sheet-like state (hereinafter referred to as "an expansion sheet") by the partition part 41. The crotch formation structure 30 is provided with a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 51 separately disposed in an X direction at a Y-direction edge part of the extension sheet 5.
