The present invention relates to a massage device for preventing prostate-related diseases and urinary incontinence, by stimulating, repeatedly and stably without using any electric motor, a perineal region, which is one of the most important parts of a human body, to promote blood flow. The massage device according to the present invention is characterized in that: a main frame to be fixed on an indoor floor consists of two sets of frames, and each set comprises a bottom frame, a middle frame, and a handle rod which are formed along a longitudinal shaft； a rotatable body having a diameter of 20 to 30 cm is secured between the middle frames to be rotated by the weight of a user； two rails are disposed on the middle frames, respectively, to form reciprocation sections with a predetermined length； a chair member is horizontally disposed between the middle frames and the handle rods, and is formed with a slit-shaped opening having a length of 15 to 30 cm through which the rotatable body protrudes by 1 to 3 cm from the chair member； and rail holders are disposed, below both sides of the chair member, and on the rails, respectively, to allow the chair member to reciprocate on the rails.
