A split-coated textile strap (1) comprised of at least one high visibility material strip (4) and one general coating material strip (3) forming the plastic coating (2), penetrating into the fabric structure of the textile strap (1) and enclosing it, applied through a dovetail shaped material outlet (15) without mixing and infiltration. The general coating material strip (3) is non-slip and the high visibility material strip (4) having lower light-absorbing capability preferably contains fluorescent (17) and/or phosphorescent pigments (7). During the extrusion the high visibility material strip (4) is applied first, then the general coating material strip (3) enclosing it.
