Disclosed is a virus inactivation sheet that can inactivate viruses adhering to said sheet regardless of the existence of an envelope, or the presence of lipids or proteins. The virus inactivation sheet can inactivate viruses adhering thereto, and is characterised by having a sheet body, and univalent copper compound microparticles and/ or iodide microparticles retained on the sheet body. The virus inactivation sheet can inactivate a variety of viruses and can inactivate said viruses even in the presence of lipids and proteins.
