PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus and its measuring method for biological impedances.SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus for biological impedances includes: a plurality of electrodes which are brought into contact with body areas of a subject an input signal forming section which forms an input electric signal for measuring the biological impedance, and feeds the input electric signal to a driving electrode from among the plurality of the electrodes an impedance measuring section which measures the biological impedance from an output electric signal which is output through a sensing electrode from among the plurality of the electrodes and a display section which displays the measuring state and results. The input signal forming section includes a modulating section which modulates signals, and the impedance measuring section includes a demodulating section which demodulates the output electric signal by a method corresponding to the modulating section. The measuring apparatus for biological impedances modulates the driving signal which is applied, and demodulates the measuring signal which is output, and therefore, can effectively remove influences by noises which are applied from a living body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体インピーダンスの測定装置及びその測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】生体インピーダンスの測定装置は、被測定者の身体部位に接触される複数の電極と、生体インピーダンスの測定のための入力電気信号を生成して、複数の電極のうち駆動電極に供給する入力信号生成部と、複数の電極のうちセンシング電極を通じて出力される出力電気信号から生体インピーダンスを測定するインピーダンス測定部と、測定状態及び結果を表示する表示部と、を含む。入力信号生成部は、信号を変調する変調部を含み、インピーダンス測定部は、出力電気信号を変調部に対応する方式で復調する復調部を含む。本発明による生体インピーダンスの測定装置は、印加される駆動信号を変調し、出力される測定信号を復調するので、生体から付加されるノイズの影響を効果的に除去することができる。【選択図】図1
