Methods of treating a subject having a cancer that exhibits resistance to a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) are provided. Accordingly, a method is provided comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody comprising an anti-EGFR antibody, an anti-HER2 antibody and an anti-HER3 antibody.
