The present invention provides a dysphagia discrimination device for myasthenia gravis, which comprises a signal preprocessor, a swallow phase analyzer, and a dysphagia evaluator. In which, the signal preprocessor receives a larynx electromyography and sound signals during the swallow phase and employs the baseline correction and a low-pass filter to retrieve the signal characteristics of the larynx electromyography during the swallow phase and the wavelet transformation and moving average to retrieve the signal characteristics of the larynx sound, and then transmits the signal characteristics to the swallow phase analyzer. After received, the swallow phase analyzer employs the signal characteristics to detect the choking sound and discriminate each phase during swallowing.
