The mixing unit encompasses at least one control member for setting a mixing ratio of carrier liquid and active agent liquid. The control member is rotatably mounted in the mixing chamber, a through-flow cross-section of at least the first inlet and/or the second inlet being set depending on the rotation position of the control member.
