The present invention relates to a syringe capable of detachably mounting gauze on an outer surface of a cylinder, more specifically on an outer surface of a neck portion. The syringe comprises: a cylindrical cylinder connected in fluid communication with a neck portion disposed on a front end side and capable of storing drugs therein； a plunger inserted in a reciprocating manner in an inner space of the cylinder； and a securing clip detachably mounting the gauze on the outer surface of the cylinder.본 발명은 실린더 외부면, 더욱 구체적으로 넥크부 외부면에 거즈를 분리가능하게 장착할 수 있는 주사기에 관한 것으로, 전단측에 배치된 넥크부를 유체연통가능하게 연결하고, 내부에 약제를 저장할 수 있는 원통형상의 실린더와； 이 실린더의 내부공간에서 왕복이동가능하게 삽입되어 있는 플런저； 및 실린더의 외부면에 거즈를 분리가능하게 장착하는 고정 클립；으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
