摘要:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles containing an ultraviolet-absorbing group, comprising a step of enabling organoalkoxysilane precursors selected from a group consisting of organotrialkoxysilane, diorganoalkoxysilane and a mixture thereof, to react, in the presence of a base, to a silane compound selected from a group consisting of tetraalkoxysilane, alkyltrialkoxysilane, tetraalkoxysilane, aryltrialkoxysilane, dialkyldialkoxysilane, diaryldialkoxysilane, arylalkyldialkoxysilane and a mixture thereof, serving as a cross-linking regulator and an ultraviolet stability enhancing agent, so as to prepare poly(organic oxidized silicon) particles selected from a group consisting of polysilsesquioxane, silsesquioxane-siloxane copolymer, silsesquioxane-silica copolymer, silsesquioxane-siloxane-silica copolymer and silsesquioxane-siloxane copolymer, having an ultraviolet-absorbing group. The poly(oxidized silicon) particles of the present invention significantly solves the problem of poor ultraviolet stability, while maintaining the ultraviolet absorption of the ultraviolet-absorbing group contained in the particles at a predetermined level. The poly(oxidized silicon) particles containing an ultraviolet-absorbing group of the present invention are protected from a turbidity phenomenon, and therefore can be effectively used in cosmetics. According to the method of the present invention, poly(oxidized silicon) particles containing an ultraviolet-absorbing group can be prepared in an economically advantageous manner as compared to conventional methods.
