PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies for treating or preventing IL-4 and/or IL-13 mediated diseases or disorders including allergic asthma and allergic dermatitis.SOLUTION: A novel humanized antibody that specifically binds to IL-4, a novel humanized antibody that specifically binds to IL-13 and fragments thereof, a novel bi-specific antibody that specifically binds to IL-4 and IL-13 and fragments thereof are disclosed.
