SOLUTION: This plant cultivation water-soluble sheet is used through being put on soil which is put in a cultivation container; wherein plant seeds are attached in advance to the sowing positions suitable for cultivation or sowing positions suitable for cultivation in the cultivation container are indicated. A fertilizer component can be included or coated in/with the water-soluble sheet. An advertising or information related to plant cultivation may be printed on the sheet by ink derived from vegetable oil or other natural products. The plant cultivation kit is composed of the plant cultivation sheet, the cultivation container and soil.
