CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mat-shaped bed soil for seedlings cutting corn stalks into 1cm, and crushing the corn stalks into 1-3mm； inserting the crushed corn stalks and water into a heat-processing machine in a weight ratio of 1:30, and heating the mixture for 30-60 minutes for separating； removing foreign materials from waste paper, and adjusting the pH of the paper into 4.5-6； crushing rice hulls into 1-3mm, and carbonizing 25-30% of the rice hulls； inserting the carbonized rice hulls and water into the heat-processing machine in a weight ratio of 1:20, and heating the mixture at 150 deg. C for 15 minutes for cooking； mixing 30wt% of corn stalks, 30wt% of waste paper, and 40wt% of rice hulls to obtain a first mixture； mixing 94wt% of first mixture, 3.5wt% of water-soluble adhesive, and 2.5wt% of additive to obtain a second mixture； and molding the second mixture into the mat, and producing plural micro-holes on the obtained mat.본 발명은 육묘용 매트형 상토 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 옥수수 대 또는 볏짚 30중량%와, 폐지30중량%, 및 왕겨40중량%를 골고루 섞어 1차 혼합물을 형성하되, 상기 옥수수 대 또는 볏짚, 폐지, 및 왕겨의 1차 혼합물 94중량%와, 수용성 접착제 3.5중량%, 및 첨가제2.5중량%로 이루어진 2차 혼합물을 성형하여 형성하는 것으로, 옥수수 대와 볏짚을 고온고압으로 가열하여 증해하고 발효시켜 사용하므로 풍부한 섬유질과 영양소로 인하여 투수성과 침투성이 향상되고 이로 인하여 육묘의 뿌리 내림이 우수하며, 아울러 육묘의 성장이 촉진되고 원활하게 성장시킬 뿐만 아니라 왕겨를 고온고압으로 가열하여 증해하고 태워 사용하므로 왕겨의 조직이 연할 뿐만 아니라 공극성이 좋고 적당한 함수량을 가져 양분이나 수분 관리가 용이하며 연작장애 요인을 제거하고 작황의 안전성과 단위생산성을 높이는 것이다.
