PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cultivate sprouts without taking time while protecting the sprouts from various germs and to harvest a suitable amount of beautifully lined-up sprouts.SOLUTION: A cultivating apparatus body 1 includes a plurality of cultivating-harvesting cases 20 each provided with two upper and lower stage chambers out of which the upper stage is formed as a cultivating chamber 17 to germinate and rear sprouts. A cultivation base 30 in the cultivating-harvesting case 20 is provided with a cultivation bed 37 combining silver ion, and sprout seeds 80 are sown so as to be wrapped in the cultivation bed. The lower stage is formed as a water supply chamber 18, and a water supply pump unit 50 and a peltier unit 60 are installed in a temperature controllable manner. A water supply tray 41 is mounted, and the inner wall of the water supply tray 41 and the outer wall of a body casing 11 are coated with a visible light responsive photocatalyst. Silver ion pellets 45 are disposed at the inner bottom part of the water supply tray 41, and ion water is suitably sprinkled from the upper parts of the cultivating-harvesting cases 20 in the upper stages to hygienically cultivate sprouts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 スプラウトを雑菌などから護りながら、手間をかけずに簡便に栽培し、適量のスプラウトを美しく整列して収穫する。【解決手段】、栽培装置本体1中に上下2段の室を設け上段を栽培室17として、スプラウトを発芽育成する栽培収穫ケース20を複数設けて、栽培収穫ケース20内の栽培台30に銀イオンを配合した栽培床37を設け、栽培床にくるまれるようスプラウト種子80を蒔き、下段を給水室18として、給水ポンプユニット50とペルチェユニット60を設置し温度制御出来るようにし、給水トレー41を装着し、給水トレー41内壁と本体ケーシング11外壁に可視光応答型光触媒をコーティングして、給水トレー41の内底部に銀イオンペレット45を配設し、上段の栽培収穫ケース20の上部から適宜イオン水を散水し、衛生的にスプラウトを栽培する。【選択図】図3
