PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant member and the like capable of reliably securing fire resistance efficiency by a small amount of thermal expansion material.SOLUTION: A heat-resistant member 1 is predominantly composed of a coating member 3, a thermal expansion member 7, a holding member 9 and the like. The holding member 9 is a member with fire resistance and flexibility, for example, an inorganic fiber blanket. The thermal expansion member 7 is superposed on one surface of the holding member 9. The thermal expansion member 7 is narrower than the holding member 9. Thus, regions, which are not provided with the thermal expansion member 7, are formed near both width-direction ends of the heat-resistant member 1, respectively. The holding member 9 and the thermal expansion member 7 are coated with the coating member 3.
