PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection container which is interchangeable with analytical instruments in a test room, is unnecessary to transfer a sample out of a container for analysis, easily accessible in the container with a needle or probe and provided with a resealable portion that can prevent leakage from the container as well and holds the sample with a safe means to prevent contamination to the sample and a user.SOLUTION: The present invention is a collection assembly comprising a container and a cap assembly removably and sealably attached to the container, whereby access to inner space of the container can be made with a cannula 120 as a piercing member that is pierceable through a septum 110 supported by a cap body to reach the inner space of the container.
