The transmission rod is provided with an engagement and locking position (331) capable of engaging a lock portion at the supporting and locking mechanism. The box is also provided with a motor. A pull wire (35) is provided between an output shaft (34) of the motor and the transmission rod and can pull the transmission rod to rotate downward. A return spring (36) is provided between the transmission rod and the box and is for driving the transmission rod to rotate upward to return to an original position. A stepping plate (37) is provided at a top cover and drops down after being stepped on by a mouse. The stepping plate and the top cover are respectively provided with conductive contact plates (38) that can mutually contact when the stepping plate drops, such that the motor is electrically activated to rotate. A return spring (39) is provided between the stepping plate and the top cover to separate the conductive contact plates of the stepping plate and the top cover from each other.
