The present invention relates to a wearable defibrillator including a cable case, which is worn like a vest and is worn inside clothes, wherein the wearable defibrillator is fixed to the flank, a plurality of sensors protrude toward the flank of a wearer, side-arm electrodes are attached to the inside of the side of the wearer, and the wearable defibrillator is doubly formed to include the cable case having a plurality of cables inserted thereinto. The sensors which monitor the conditions of a patient and a cable for electrode patches which allows current to flow are minimally in contact with the patient to reduce the discomfort of the patient and increase the activity.본 발명은 조끼와 같이 착용되는 형태이며, 의복 내측에 입는 케이블 정리함이 포함된 웨어러블 제세동기로, 옆구리에 고정되며, 다수의 센서가 착용자의 옆구리쪽으로 돌출되고, 착용자의 옆구리 내측에 옆구리부 전극이 부착되며, 이중으로 형성되어 그 내측에 다수의 케이블이 삽입되는 케이블 정리함을 포함하는 제세동기로 환자의 몸상태를 모니터링하는 센서와 전류를 흘려주는 전극패치용 케이블이 환자와 최소한으로 접촉할 수 있도록 함으로써 환자의 불쾌감을 감소시키고, 활동성을 높일 수 있다.
