The present invention relates to a device to collect a tree fruit. The device collects dropped tree fruits inside a fruit collecting bucket using a tree fruit net in a process to collect and drop the tree fruit from the tree fruit using an excavator based mechanical vibration collector. The device reduces labor intensity which is necessary in a process to collect the tree fruit when collecting the tree fruits, and increases workability. Moreover, the device increases productivity by reducing damage of a fallen tree fruit, and prevents an occurrence of an odor. The device comprises: a tree fruit collecting bucket fixated on an excavator arm end part； and a tree fruit collecting net to collect the dropped tree fruit in the tree fruit collecting bucket by receiving the dropped tree fruit from the tree fruit around the tree fruit collecting bucket along a boundary of the tree fruit bucket using the oil pressure of the excavator.본 발명은 수실류 수거용 집과 장치에 관한 것으로서, 굴삭기 기반 기계식 진동 수확기를 이용해 수실수로부터 수실류를 낙과시켜 수확하는 과정에서 낙과되는 수실류를 집과 망을 이용해 받아 집과 버킷 내부로 집과시켜 수거할 수 있도록 함으로써, 수실류 수확시 집과 수거 과정에 필요한 노동 강도를 낮추고 작업 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 함과 아울러 수실류의 낙과 손상을 줄여 상품성을 높이고 이에 따른 악취 발생을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 가지게 된다.
