PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reconstruction using a plurality of radiation images in consideration of even pixel density of the acquired radiation images when performing photography from a plurality of photographing directions to acquire the plurality of radiation images.SOLUTION: A photographic condition setting part 2c sets a radiation dose and a pixel density of a radiation image to be acquired when performing photography from a prescribed photographing direction of the plurality of photographing directions to be larger than a radiation dose and a radiation image to be acquired when performing photography from another direction different from the prescribed photographing direction. A pixel density conversion part 2d converts the first radiation image acquired by performing the photography from the prescribed photographing direction into the same pixel density as the second radiation image acquired by performing the photography from the other photographing direction. An image processing part 2c applies image processing for compensating a difference in the radiation dose with the second radiation image to the first radiation image.
