A side surface support rod coupling band is adhered on both ends of a width direction on the inner surface of the surface heating panel so that a linear side surface support rod can be coupled and separated. The end of the side surface support rod coupling to the side surface support rod coupling band is connected to the end of the arch rod coupling to the arch rod coupling band so that the end of the side surface support rod is coupled to the end of the arch rod by means of a coupling bolt which is screwed to the arch rod. In the present invention, the surface heating panel formed in a rectangular shape, the arch rod coupled to both length direction ends of the surface heating panel, and the side surface support rod coupled to both width direction ends of the surface heating panel are separately produced, so that the surface heating panel, the arch rod, and the side surface support rod can be easily produced, transported, and stored. When used, the separated surface heating panel, arch rod, and side surface support rod can be easily assembled in order to be formed an arch shape.
