PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heel holder freely attachable and detachable to/from an X-ray imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The heel holder 10 includes a sole plate 12, a heel receiver 14, and an auxiliary plate 16. The sole plate 12 is a plate for supporting the foot 30 from the sole, and is fixedly connected to the heel receiver 14 on the heel side of the foot 30. The auxiliary plate 16 is a plate for supporting the foot 30 from the Achilles tendon side, and is fixedly connected to the heel receiver 14 on the heel side of the foot 30. The heel receiver 14 is in a characteristic shape corresponding to an X-ray fan beam 20. The heel receiver 14 is provided with an inclined surface corresponding to the spreading angle of the X-ray fan beam 20.
