The field of invention: the invention relates to veterinary medicine and medicine, more particularly vaccinology and pharmacy and is intended for prophylaxis and treatment of infectious and other diseases in human and animal subjects, where hypoallergenic and low-reactogenic vaccination is used. The essence of the invention: vaccines with enhanced immunogenicity, low allergenicity and reactogenicity are provided, which comprise an antigen/toxin and an adjuvant, characterized in that said vaccines comprise the vaccine antigen/toxin which has been inactivated by electromagnetic radiation in the ultraviolet and visible spectrum regions in the presence of a solution of a photosensitiser and divalent metal salts, and then covalently modified at the amino-acid residues available for modification and alcohol hydroxy groups of the antigen/toxin by at least two modifying agents simultaneously used in an amount of 0.01-10.0 % by weight based on the mass concentration of the antigen/toxin protein； the vaccines also comprise iron(III) chloride hydroxide in hydrosol form as an adjuvant.
