PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit structure of a work vehicle that has high suction capability of a radiator fan and high exhaust capability of a dust exhaust fan, suppresses overheat of an engine, and facilitated in maintenance and inspection work.SOLUTION: The drive unit structure of a work vehicle includes: a first shaft 24 which is a rotation shaft of a cooling fan 20 and has a second pulley 23 at the end part thereof on an engine side a second shaft which is a rotation shaft of the dust exhaust fan 30, has a fourth pulley 33 at the end part thereof on the engine side and is arranged coaxially with the first shaft 24 a bracket 140 for supporting the first shaft 24 and the second shaft so as to be rotatable, where the bracket 140 is arranged between the second pulley 23 and the fourth pulley 33 in a shaft center direction of the first shaft 24.
