According to the present invention, provided is an odor reducing scrubber which comprises: a blower sucking outside polluted air a spray nozzle to wash the polluted air sucked by the blower and a water supply pipe to supply wash water to the spray nozzle. The scrubber consists of multiple washing rooms separated by horizontal barriers with exhaust holes. In the three washing rooms, an exhaust hole formed on a bottom horizontal barrier and an exhaust hole formed on a top horizontal barrier do not communicate with each other, and a vertical exhaust hole baffle is formed to be separated from the inner wall of each washing room on one side of each washing room. A vertical long perforated plate is formed to orthogonally cross one side of the exhaust hole baffle and divides each washing room into halves. A pair of short perforated plates are vertically formed in a diagonal direction from an intersection part between the exhaust hole baffle and the long perforated plate. One short perforated plate has one end touching the intersection part between the exhaust hole baffle and the long perforated plate and the other end separated from the inner wall of each washing room, and the other short perforated plate has one end touching the inner wall of each washing room and the other end separated from the intersection part between the exhaust hole baffle and the long perforated plate. The effect of the present invention is to inhibit polluted air which passes through the multilayered washing rooms from rectilinearly and quickly passing through the scrubber, and an eddy is formed in the washing rooms to allow the polluted air to flow as slow as possible. Furthermore, the length of the scrubber through which the polluted air passes is maximized by using the exhaust holes formed on the horizontal barriers and vertical barriers, so the polluted air remains for a long period of time in the washing rooms. Accordingly, washing efficiency can be maximized by maximally increasing the time
