PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a defoaming material to a defoaming frame without using an adhesive.SOLUTION: A defoaming frame 40 is stored in a housing 10, and a defoaming material 50 is provided in the defoaming frame. Blood flows in the defoaming frame through blood inflow ports 21, 22 provided in an upper part of the housing, passes through a filtering net 47 provided in the defoaming frame, and flows to a blood outflow port 13 provided in a lower part of the housing. The defoaming material 50 has a first lug section 53a, and the defoaming frame 40 has an engaging section 43.
