Medical device (1) comprising an intraocular lens (11), which incorporates at least one tonometer (20.20-1,20-2) to measure the intraocular pressure (IOP) and is apt to transmit in wireless mode, detected by the same tonometer, indications of the intraocular pressure value; in which the tonometer, integrated in a lateral zone of the IOL, is configured as a transducer apt to transduce the intraocular pressure into changes in the capacity of a condenser (CON), and comprises: • - an elastic membrane (22) subject to intraocular pressure and to deform due to it; • - a stem (23), axially movable, associated at one end with the elastic membrane; and • - a preloaded small spring (27) acting on the stem, in which, in the operation of the integrated tonometer the membrane is elastically deformed due to the variations in the intraocular pressure, so as to axially move the stem in contrast to the force applied on it by the preloaded small spring and consequently vary the capacity of the condenser, and in which the variations of the capacity of the condenser defined by the tonometer are detected as variations in the resonance frequency (cor) at an RLC electronic circuit, so as to generate a corresponding signal indicative of the intraocular pressure which is transmitted in wireless mode. Advantageously, the device of the invention provides in time an accurate and reliable measurement of intraocular pressure, which can be transmitted in wireless mode to commonly used communications equipment (D), such as a smartphone.L'invention concerne un dispositif médical (1) comprenant une lentille intraoculaire (LIO) (11), qui comprend au moins un tonomètre (20, 20-1, 20-2) pour mesurer la pression intraoculaire (PIO) et est capable d'émettre en mode sans fil des indications de la valeur de pression intraoculaire, détectées par le même tonomètre, lequel le tonomètre, intégré dans une zone latérale de la LIO, est conçu sous la forme d'un transducteur capable de convertir la pression intraocu
