An electrical body stimulator cushion device, use thereof and a medical or therapeutic device comprising the body stimulator cushion device which comprises a layer of pliable material, an electrical body stimulator having a plurality of interconnected electric conductors, a top and a bottom isolating layer between which the electric conductors are located, and an infrared reflector foil, located between the layer of pliable material and the electrical body stimulator. When the electrical body stimulator cushion device is connected to a mains power supply, the plurality of electric conductors of the electrical body stimulator are arranged to emit infrared radiation towards a body, generate a magnetic field, and provide a current pathway for directing a body stimulating current from the plurality of electric conductors via the body to ground.
