PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a porous metal implant.SOLUTION: A method of preparing a porous metal implant includes a step of preparing a mixture of a biocompatible metal powder, a separating agent and a nonpolar liquid binder containing d-limonene, with the separating agent being practically insoluble in the nonpolar liquid binder, and a heating removal step of heating the formed mixture at 50-250°C so as to remove the nonpolar binder and the separating agent from the mixture, and form a plurality of holes in a metal implant. The biocompatible metal powder is selected from powders of titanium, titanium alloys, cobalt, cobalt alloys, chromium, chromium alloys, tantalum, tantalum alloys and stainless steels.【課題】多孔性金属インプラントの調製方法の提供。【解決手段】生体適合性金属粉末と、離隔剤と、ｄ－リモネンを含む非極性液体バインダの混合物を調製する工程を含み、離隔剤が非極性液体バインダに実質的に不溶性であり、混合物が成形され、非極性バインダ及び離隔剤を混合物から除去する５０℃～２５０℃の温度での加熱除去工程を含み、金属インプラント内に複数の孔を形成する多孔性金属インプラントの調整方法。生体適合性金属粉末はチタン、チタン合金、コバルト、コバルト合金、クロム、クロム合金、タンタル、タンタル合金、ステンレス鋼から選択される。【選択図】図１
