PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cooling effect for a body surface of a patient in a hypothermia therapy to be transmitted to the center of the patient efficiently.SOLUTION: A first mounting part 11 is mounted on a trunk part of a patient 2. A second mounting part 12 is mounted on a periphery of the patient 2. A cooling part 13 cools fluid. A first flow channel 15 guides a fluid 13a cooled by the cooling part 13 to the first mounting part 11. An exhaust part 14 discharges the heat generated when the fluid is cooled by the cooling part 13 as exhaust heat air 14a.
