PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve a light emitting weight for fishing by an LED.SOLUTION: The periphery of a top cap part includes a top cap fin (wing), and its lower part is provided with a thread. A synthetic resin body for LED light diffusion radiates LED light to the outside, and its top and bottom are provided with screw threads. For a resin weight base, its top is provided with the thread, and a bolt is fixed downward from its center, and a weight part comprises a tungsten carbide, and its center is provided with a hole to pass a bolt. In a bottom cap part, its upper center is provided with a screw thread to engage with a bolt, and further its periphery is provided with a bottom cap fin(wing). The top cap part and the synthetic resin body part for LED light diffusion engage with each other via an O ring, and the screw thread at the lower part of the synthetic resin body for LED light diffusion and the thread at the upper part of the resin base part engage with each other.
