PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid lowering of working efficiency of a pruning machine.SOLUTION: The pruning machine 10 which reciprocates a first pruning blade 16 and a second pruning blade 17 in a relative manner in a predetermined direction by power of an engine 13 and cut an object off by shear force of the first pruning blade 16 and the second pruning blade 17, comprises: a plurality of first shear edges 19 and a plurality of second shear edges 20 provided to the first pruning blade 16 a plurality of third shear edges 32 and a plurality of fourth shear edges 33 provided to the second pruning blade 17 and a saw 22 provided to the first pruning blade 16, where the saw 22 includes a plurality of cutting edges 27.
