The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and food composition containing a mulberry leaf alcohol extract or fraction thereof for preventing or treating thrombotic diseases, a method for preventing or treating thrombotic diseases using the pharmaceutical composition, and a method for regulating the aggregation of platelets using a mulberry leaf alcohol extract or fraction thereof.
