The present invention relates to a PCL patch tissue regeneration scaffold and a method for manufacturing same and, more particularly, provides a method for manufacturing a PCL patch tissue regeneration scaffold, wherein the method comprises: a step for preparing a solution by adding polycaprolactone (PCL) and an acid to an organic solvent, and then stirring； a step for preparing an electrospinning solution by adding a growth factor to the solution, and then stirring； and a step for collecting nanofibers in a fusiform arrangement in a collector by connecting the prepared electrospinning solution to a syringe pump, and then operating an electrospinning machine. A PCL patch tissue regeneration scaffold according to the present invention may be usefully used for the treatment of acute and chronic tympanic membrane perforation. In particular, the PCL patch tissue regeneration scaffold can reduce the preference given to surgery in treatment methods that rely on surgery to treat chronic tympanic membrane perforation, and enable a high rate of tympanic membrane recovery. Moreover, the PCL and patch tissue regeneration scaffold can be applied to the regeneration and treatment of other damaged tissue, and by mimicking the tissue structure of other parts of the body, enable the development and application of various tissue regeneration scaffolds.La méthode de préparation de l'échafaudage de régénération de patch de PCL comprend: une étape de préparation d'une solution de polycaprolactone (PCL) et d'un acide dans un solvant organique； une étape consistant à préparer une solution d'électro-filage par addition d'un facteur de croissance à la solution； et une étape de collecte de nanofibres selon un agencement fusiforme dans un collecteur en reliant la solution d'électro-filage préparée à une pompe à seringue, puis en actionnant une machine d'électro-filage.
