The washing and deodorizing unit (200) is formed in the inside of the main body (100)； receives the bad smell gas； and firstly deodorizes the bad smell gas by using melting action with cleaning water injected to the inside. The catalyst deodorizing unit (300) is formed in a space where the bad smell gas passing the washing and deodorizing unit (200) is received； and secondly deodorizes the bad smell gas by using repeated oxidation-reduction action with a liquid catalyst mixed with water.
