PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diabetes mitigating system.SOLUTION: A diabetes mitigating system of the invention is configured to: emit plural fundamental frequencies by plural frequency action time controls of an energy wave generator； emit an energy wave having energy density corresponding to each frequency； and act to a blood glucose factor of a diabetes disease and mitigate the blood glucose factor.
