PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device which can be simply and efficiently produced, which has excellent accuracy of dimension, and which has excellent adhesiveness to a soft tissue.SOLUTION: A medical device has a porous portion and a dense portion, in which arithmetic average roughness of a surface of the porous portion is 2.0 to 20 μm, and arithmetic average roughness of a surface of the dense portion is less than 2.0 μm.
