The communications unit transmits and receives data from a color treatment system server. The input unit is input operation instruction of the color lighting device from a user. The storage stores private data for color treatment. The private data includes at least one of the following data: private color preference, private character inclination, sensitivity information, and color sensitiveness index. The controlling unit controls in order to output color lighting according to usage mode by using private data. The power unit supplies power source to the color lighting device.
