The present invention provides a fixture remover in which a screw body is not required to remove a fixture, and a procedure can be performed simply without removing a wide range of the alveolar bone. The fixture remover includes: a central shaft； a drill tube； a trephine drill with picking teeth formed on the underside of drill tube； and a motor for driving the trephine drill.
