The present invention relates to a massage device equipped with a heating ball, wherein heat generated from a PTC heater inserted to penetrate therethrough in an inner central shaft direction is made to be uniformly transferred to the heating ball so that an effective heat massage function can be exhibited. To realize this, the massage device of the present invention constitutes a chair shape including a back unit (1), a sheet unit (2), and a leg unit (3), wherein a heating ball (10) is supported by an arm bracket (20) to perform a heat massage function while upwardly and downwardly ascending and descending on the back unit (1). The heating ball (10) is supported to be able to be rotated by a shaft (30) fixed to the arm bracket (20). A shaft sleeve (40) is formed between the shaft (30) and the heating ball (10) so that the heating ball (10) can be actively rotated.
