PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomographic apparatus that collects data under electrocardiographic synchronous scan capable of avoiding a situation in which a scan period is unnecessarily extended and a situation in which a scan period is shortened to the extent that the reconfiguration is not possible even when a heartbeat changes.SOLUTION: An X-ray computer tomographic apparatus includes: an X-ray tube 101 that generates an X-ray an X-ray detector 103 for detecting an X-ray that transmits an object to be examined a support mechanism 102 for supporting the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector so as to continuously rotate around the object to be examined a reconfiguration section 114 for reconfiguring an image based on projection data detected by the X-ray detector and an electrocardiac synchronization control section 118 for synchronizing the period of X-ray irradiation from the X-ray tube to the object to be examined with heartbeats of the object to be examined.
