PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel urine absorbent pad which can be easily attached, and in which positional deviation does not occur after attachment, therefore preventing urine leakage.SOLUTION: A urine absorbent pad 1 for men comprises: a front absorber 2 an intermediate absorber 3 which is fastened to the front absorber 2 in a state in which a lower edge part thereof is opened and a rear absorber 4 which is fastened to the front absorber 2 and the intermediate absorber 3 in a state of being overlapped to the lower edge part of the intermediate absorber 3. The rear absorber 4 comprises: an insertion hole 4c into which a penis and a scrotum are inserted and a left upper part 4d and a right upper part 4e which can be opened from a center part to both sides, and which when are opened, opens an upper part of the insertion hole 4c.
