The present invention relates to a swine combination vaccine containing a non-replicating antigen derived from swine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and a live porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), which is used as an oil-in-water emulsion. Formulated, squalane and vitamin E-acetate are added as adjuvants. This combination vaccine was found to be immunologically effective against all pathogens: PCV2 and PRRSV.本発明は、豚サーコウイルス２型（ＰＣＶ２）由来の非複製抗原および生きている豚生殖器・呼吸器症候群ウイルス（ＰＲＲＳＶ）を含む豚用の混合ワクチンに関し、この混合ワクチンは、水中油型エマルションとして処方され、スクワランおよびビタミンＥ－アセテートがアジュバントとして添加されている。この混合ワクチンは、全病原体：ＰＣＶ２およびＰＲＲＳＶに対して免疫学的に有効であることが分かった。
