PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heparin coating method for a stent surface.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a heparin coating method for stent surfaces, capable of sustaining a coagulation prevention effect. The heparin coating method according to the present invention includes applying heparin to a metal-material stent surface using dopamine, and improving heparin adhesion stability by chemical conjugation between dopamine and heparin. The heparin coating method can sustain the coagulation prevention effect compared with that of the existing heparin coating stent.
