According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rotary X-ray collimator comprises: a blocking surface rotating body having a plurality of blocking surfaces, the blocking surfaces each having a transmitting window pre-formed to transmit a portion of an X-ray beam emitted by an X-ray generator, and forming a polyhedron and a rotating unit rotating the blocking surface rotating body such that a blocking surface selected from among the blocking surfaces is disposed on a path of an X-ray beam.
