The present invention relates to the field of lightening keratinous fibers, and more particularly to the field of capillary lightening. The present invention relates to a method for lightening keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as the hair, consisting in using on said fibers i) a substrate comprising at its surface one or more chemical oxidizing agents preferably in solid form, and ii) an aqueous composition preferably comprising one or more chemical oxidizing agents. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of said substrate thus pretreated. La présente invention a trait au domaine de l'éclaircissement des fibres kératiniques, et plus particulièrement au domaine de l'éclaircissement capillaire. La présente invention concerne un procédé d'éclaircissement des fibres kératiniques, en particulier des fibres kératiniques humaines telles que les cheveux, consistant à mettre en œuvre sur lesdites fibres i) un substrat comportant au niveau de sa surface un ou plusieurs agents oxydants chimiques de préférence sous forme solide, et ii) une composition aqueuse comprenant de préférence un ou plusieurs agents oxydants chimiques. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé de préparation dudit substrat ainsi prétraité.
