An inhibitor of amyloid fibril formation comprising: (a) a backbone that is hydrophobic or hydrophilic and comprises from 1 to about 1000 repeating units； (b) one or more hydrophobic or hydrophilic pendant chains linked to the backbone, wherein the pendant chains are the same or different and comprise from 1 to about 1000 repeating units that are able to freely rotate about the backbone due to free rotation of the repeating units within the backbone； wherein when the backbone is hydrophobic the pendant chains are hydrophilic and when the backbone is hydrophilic the pendant chains are hydrophobic.La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de la formation de fibrilles amyloïdes comprenant : (a) un squelette qui est hydrophobe ou hydrophile et comprend de 1 à 1000 unités répétées ； (b) au moins une chaîne pendante hydrophobe ou hydrophile liée au squelette, les chaînes pendantes étant identiques ou différentes et comprenant de 1 à 1000 unités répétées qui peuvent librement pivoter autour du squelette en raison de la rotation libre des unités répétées à l'intérieur du squelette ； les chaînes pendantes étant hydrophiles lorsque le squelette est hydrophobe et les chaînes pendantes étant hydrophobes lorsque le squelette est hydrophile.
