An endoscopic device of the invention includes an outer tube, a tube assembly, a stopper, and a handle. The outer tube has a proximal end and a distal end. A part of the tube assembly telescopes into the outer tube, and the other part of the same extends out of the distal end. The stopper is slidably disposed on the tube assembly and located at the part of the tube assembly extended out of the distal end. The stopper can move, relative to the tube assembly, toward or away from the distal end. The handle is fixed to the proximal end of the outer tube.本發明的內視鏡裝置包含外層管、管體組件、擋止件以及握把。外層管具有近端及遠端。部分之管體組件係套設於外層管內，管體組件的其他部分係伸出於遠端外。擋止件係滑動地設置於管體組件上並位於管體組件伸出於遠端外的部分，擋止件可相對管體組件朝接近或遠離遠端移動。握把係固定於外層管之近端。
